Aditi informs Surgo Foundation’s strategy in the Indian health sector. She believes that two key drivers for improved development outcomes are changing the behavioral paradigms of the ultimate beneficiaries, and building strong data and accountability systems to measure and track outcomes.
Before joining Surgo, Aditi worked at The Boston Consulting Group, where she led projects on education and skills development in India for both public- and private-sector clients. Prior to this, she was a Risk Management Specialist at The World Bank for six years, supporting governments in the Middle East and North Africa region to mitigate and prepare for risks resulting from natural disasters, climate change, and increasing urbanization. Aditi has a Master’s in public policy and econometrics from The George Washington University and a BA in economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
